- Daily/Weekly RV Cancellation Policy: $10 cancellation fee, no refund 48 hrs. prior to check-in, no refund on Holiday weekends
- Monthly RV Cancellation Policy: $100 non refundable deposit
- Daily Cabin Cancellation Policy: $25 cancellation fee for 72 hours prior to check-in, no refund on Holiday weekends, 2 night minimum required.
- Weekly Cabin Cancellation Policy: $100 non refundable deposit per week
- Rayford Crossing RV Resort has the right to refuse stay if rig does not meet park requirements.
- We do not accept Tents, Pop-ups, Truck Campers, Van Conversions & RV's older than 10 years of age.
